Job summary

Daifuku North America is looking for a 2nd Shift Production Manager in Hobart, Indiana. The role involves managing supervisors to ensure efficient production and quality control on various projects.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree and at least 5 years of management experience in the material handling industry. We offer a competitive benefits package starting on Day 1 and various bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in material handling.
• Experience using MRP/ERP systems like SAP is preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage production activities and performance of supervisors.
• Ensure quality products are manufactured on time and within budget.
• Communicate with other departments regarding schedules and staffing.
