Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage conflicts professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of shop employees and support safety objectives.
• Lead daily work including scheduling and assigning tasks.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback.
