Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Analytical aptitude and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and perform essential job functions.
• Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed.
• Coach Supervisors, Leads and hourly Team Members and conduct evaluations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues, monitor production metrics, coach for results.
• Adhere to the production schedule and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Own plant efficiency and coordinate with maintenance to improve uptime.
• Assist the Operations Manager with Supervisor scheduling and support Customer Service as needed.
• Develop knowledge of all jobs/operations within the facility.
• Interact with customers, participate in linen start-ups, and direct truck drivers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
