Job summary

Rogue Fitness is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Columbus, OH to lead our manufacturing Operations team. The role focuses on safety, efficiency and world-class quality on the shop floor.

You will supervise operators and training, manage the production schedule, and report metrics using ERP/MRP systems and internal Rogue tools. Strong leadership, communication, and safety discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in operations, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheets.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a department of operators and assemblers, training and managing performance.
• Manage daily production schedule to meet aggressive targets without compromising quality.
• Maintain understanding of Rogue product lines and internal policies.
• Use Google Spreadsheets, ERP/MRP software, and Rogue applications to track and report production metrics.
• Utilize Workday for timekeeping and personnel tasks as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies on the floor.
• Foster a positive team culture and resolve conflicts to maintain high morale.
