Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a hands-on Soil Supervisor to lead daily soil-side operations, driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.

Working closely with the Shift Manager, this role is responsible for hiring, developing, and leading the soil team, enforcing policies, managing the incentive program, and meeting production goals while minimizing overtime and maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or the equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of experience supervising others.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve production goals and deliver schedules while minimizing overtime and maintaining quality.
• Oversee plant operations including production, delivery, and maintenance.
• Monitor production and labor metrics using spreadsheets for reporting.
• Develop and implement improved production systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
