Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods in Topeka, KS, is seeking a production supervisor to lead a team in our refrigerated food manufacturing facility. You will plan schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet daily production goals.

The role requires 2-5 years manufacturing experience, a High School diploma, and the ability to work evenings or weekends. English, basic computer skills, and a willingness to collaborate across Quality, Distribution, Safety, and other functions are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years manufacturing experience required.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic PC skills and Microsoft Office applications experience.
• Evening/weekend scheduling greater than 40 hours per week in an exempt role.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates production activities and schedules to meet goals.
• Sets clear expectations and provides training and feedback to the team.
• Prioritizes work and removes barriers to meet objectives.
• Collaborates across Quality, Distribution, Safety and other functions.
• Ensures compliance with FDA, HACCP, SQF, OSHA and other safety/regulatory processes.
• Prepares and maintains production reports and documentation.
