JB Group in Saint Michael, MN seeks an experienced Production Maintenance Lead to oversee mechanical and facilities maintenance on 2nd shift. You will delegate tasks, supervise technicians, and ensure timely, safe equipment care in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes training, troubleshooting, and adherence to JB Core Values, GMP/HACCP, and safety protocols, with competitive wages and robust benefits after 30 days. This is a full-time on-site position at the St. Michael facility.

• Computer skills including Outlook and Word.

Responsabilités

• Delegate tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor and prioritize work orders and ensure completion as assigned.
• Conduct training for new technicians.
• Escalate equipment concerns under supervisor guidance.
• Perform routine preventive and unscheduled maintenance of production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and replace/repair parts.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tasks.
• Abide by JB Core Values and company safety policies.
• Attend required trainings.
• Work with PPE and GMP/HACCP compliance.
