Ditsch USA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift at the Kemper Plant in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and complete documentation to support high standards. Training is available for dependable individuals with a mechanical inclination and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery is helpful, but training is provided.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeovers
• Make adjustments to keep production running efficiently
• Perform product quality checks throughout the shift
• Inspect product appearance, weight, labeling, and packaging
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Load and replenish production materials
• Support equipment cleaning and sanitation activities
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Work closely with production team members to meet daily goals
