Ditsch USA is hiring a Production Machine Operator for the 1st shift at the Kemper Plant in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, document processes, and help ensure our products meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeovers.
• Make adjustments to keep production running efficiently.
• Perform product quality checks throughout the shift.
• Inspect product appearance, weight, labeling, and packaging.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Load and replenish production materials.
• Support equipment cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with production team members to meet daily goals.
