Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
• Direct daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, and output goals.
• Make sound operational and employee-management decisions when senior leadership is not onsite.
• Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, safety, and workplace conduct.
• Monitor production flow and respond to equipment, staffing, quality, and other operational issues.
• Coach, train, and develop production employees.
• Reinforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with other shifts and departments to maintain continuity of production.
• Maintain a positive, productive work environment while consistently enforcing expectations.
