Job summary

OPW Propane Energy Solutions (PES) seeks a Production Supervisor on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 2:30pm–1:00am) to lead manufacturing teams in a safe, compliant, and high-performance environment. You will drive continuous improvement and develop talent across a Lean, Kaizen culture.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery within a regulated production setting.

Qualifications

• Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Develop employees and promote accountability through coaching and feedback.
• Implement Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma improvements to drive performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Experience leading teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities, review work orders, schedule resources, and set priorities.
• Monitor performance and resource utilization for safe, efficient operations.
• Conduct floor audits and Gemba walks to identify improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams to resolve root causes.
• Ensure timely processing and shipment of customer orders while maintaining quality.
