Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year minimum work experience in CPT Production and/or past leadership.
• Knowledge of manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and inspection procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Aids in operations and administrative duties per leadership directives.
• Troubleshoots products following QS guidelines and schedules manufacturing per directives.
• Documents work activities according to procedures.
• Maintains 6S standards and a clean, safe workstation.
• Attends meetings to discuss improvements (SQDC, GEMBA, BU).
