Job summary

Cook Polymer Technology in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Production Leader for Insert Molding who will supervise up to 50 employees, organize work, and ensure materials, tools, and instructions are ready.

You will monitor safety and quality under QS procedures, participate in continuous improvement, and document activities per procedures.

This 2nd shift, full-time role offers hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum work experience CPT Production and/or past leadership experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing instructions, product blueprints, and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Aids in operations and admin duties per leadership directives; troubleshoots products per QS procedures.
• Schedules and facilitates manufacturing per directives; documents work activities per procedures.
• Attends meetings on continuous improvement such as SQDC and GEMBA.
