Job summary

Zentis North America in Plymouth is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. The role involves supervising production personnel, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met while maintaining CGMP compliance on site.

The position requires a BS/BA and at least 4 years in production with 2 years in supervisory roles, QA, scheduling, and sanitation. Overtime may be required and coordination with maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in production/processing.
• 2 years’ experience in Management Supervision, QA, Production Scheduling, Sanitation, and Regulatory Agency Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and processing personnel daily, to accomplish production objectives in an efficient manner that meets customer expectations.
• Observes operations and ensures schedules are being met daily, maintain housekeeping, and ensure safety standards are being maintained.
• Inspects and tests production lines to ensure proper operation, request maintenance as required to peak efficiency.
• Arrange cleaning and sanitation to meet CGMPs.
• Works with maintenance for daily servicing of equipment.
• Coordinates with other departments daily to accomplish objectives.
