Qualifications

• Manage line performance across multiple lines.
• Ensure staffing needs are met through scheduling and overtime.
• Improve team capability through coaching and training.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Follow safety and quality procedures daily.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems and results.
• Own the shift plan and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate line activities to meet production targets.
• Monitor performance and implement root cause countermeasures.
• Coach and develop team members on CIL, CLM, 5S, and Oscar systems.
• Coordinate product changeovers according to schedule.
• Analyze downtime and equipment failures; document repairs.
• Engage with maintenance to prioritize needs and improvements.
• Support the Kraft Heinz Management System implementation.
