Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Dover, DE is seeking a Machine Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts on a full-time basis. You will operate production equipment, perform start-up and changeover tasks, monitor product flow, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting minor issues, recording production data, assisting with material handling, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety rules and GMPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently following standard work, GMPs, and food safety requirements.
• Perform start-up, changeover, line clearance, and shutdown activities.
• Monitor machine performance and product flow; adjust for quality and productivity.
• Complete quality checks and documentation including weights, seals, codes, temperatures.
