Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in our New York area facility. You will ensure safety, quality, and asset performance while meeting the production plan.

You will participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Responsibilities include training, SOP enforcement, GMP compliance, and effective handoffs with Production Management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities with safety focus.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment including GMP/QMS basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and production against plan with coaching.
• Enforce SOPs/SSOPs and ensure environmental compliance.
• Monitor GMP adherence, sanitation, and product quality checks.
• Coach and develop team, drive corrective actions and root-cause fixes.
• Coordinate maintenance and inputs with cross-functional peers.
