Job summary

Aggressive Hiring Group is seeking a 2nd shift production quality supervisor on a temporary-to-hire basis, starting at $21 per hour. Role focuses on leading a team to meet safety, quality and production targets, with strong emphasis on TS16949 compliance and lean practices.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or 5 years of IP/quality experience, automotive quality knowledge, and proficiency in Excel/Word. Open to flexible shifts and ready to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of IP experience.
• Strong written, verbal and analytical skills.
• Degree in automotive quality preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assure compliance with all policies and safety rules.
• Lead and coach production team to maintain safety, quality and production levels.
• Enforce TS16949 and customer mandated quality standards.
• Responsible for maintaining and supporting IATF 16949/ISO 14001, Six Sigma, 8D QA methods.
• Coach and train team members and develop capabilities.
• Open to shift changes with short notice.
• Responsible for 5S in the production area.
• Ensure materials are in designated areas and FIFO procedures are followed.
• Verify labeling of all products and report downtime to maintenance.
• Prepare production reports for the Operations Manager.
• Document personnel issues to Manager/HR.
