Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; 5 years manufacturing experience required.
• Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Basic mechanical and mathematical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all personnel and daily production floor operations.
• Ensure production schedule adherence and product quality per spec.
• Monitor productivity, safety, and compliance with SOPs and WI.
• Train and orient staff; manage temporary workforce and check-in.
• Improve processes to boost productivity, quality and profitability.
