Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Production Supervisor for the second shift in Manor, TX. The role leads people and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while fostering teamwork.

You will manage daily production, guide the team, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement aligned with ISO/IATF standards. The position is onsite with opportunities for growth within a global mobility-focused group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Union environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production to ensure on-time, in-sequence delivery.
• Communicate effectively with team members; maintain a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and PPE requirements.
• Oversee time and attendance; conduct investigations and administer corrective actions.
• Collaborate with logistics and maintenance to ensure material accuracy and preventive maintenance.
• Drive Kaizen activities and support ISO/IATF compliance initiatives.
