Job Description

Position Summary:

The Commingle Lead Operator is responsible for setting up the machine, feeding finished mail into the machine, and preparing the mail for final processing. A Commingle Lead Operator will assist with day-to-day operations, including job management, attendance tracking, and ensuring the quality of our final product. This is a fast-paced and detail-oriented role.

Essential Functions:

• Perform operator duties, setting up jobs, printing out tags, feeding machines & troubleshooting issues
• Mechanical abilities for light machine maintenance
• Read and comprehend reports
• Coordinate with the warehouse
• Maintain production goals and manage workflow
• Follow established procedures and safety protocols, working within all company safety standards, rules, and protocols
