Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Operations Supervisor to lead frontline teams across multiple production lines. You will drive lean initiatives, mentor Team Leads and Operators, and partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.

The role emphasizes building a culture of ownership, improving throughput, and using visual factory practices to sustain performance gains in a high‑volume medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline supervision of manufacturing teams.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as business owner for departments with 25+ team members across all shifts.
• Adjust staffing to meet tact times while minimizing overtime and reallocations.
• Lead, develop and motivate product teams to deliver optimized performance.
• Identify, understand, and improve manufacturing variances.
• Interface with Customer Solutions and key customers regarding delivery commitments.
• Lead daily performance reviews with Team Leads and Operators and drive actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Maintenance to improve performance.
• Ensure goals for Quality, Cost and Delivery are met and align with lean initiatives.
