Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience leading a group of 40-50 production employees.
• Experience in food manufacturing or general manufacturing is a plus.
• Team player and respectful work approach.
• Steel toed shoes required.
• Able to work Monday–Saturday schedule.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and understand the production schedule.
• Ensure proper staffing for all lines and correct packaging information.
• Coordinate changeovers and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Monitor packaging lines for correct output and document hourly activities.
• Report quality issues and machine downtime promptly.
• Assist in new hire orientation and ensure competency across areas.
• Adhere to daily production standards and safety protocols.
