Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, seeks a Team Lead for its on-site production department in Grand Prairie, TX. You will supervise daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and support staff to meet goals. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of warehouse experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus. OT is required during peak seasons and consistent attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a bonus.
• At least 2-3 years of continued work experience.
• Read and comprehend documents in English to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Work with Supervisor on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Ensure daily delivery schedule is achieved while maintaining quality.
• Monitor productivity levels and daily metrics.
• Support production team by ensuring they have what they need to be productive.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure on-time completion and quality.
