Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, seeks a Team Lead for its on-site production department in Grand Prairie, TX. You will supervise daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and support staff to meet goals. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of warehouse experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus. OT is required during peak seasons and consistent attendance is expected.

Qualifications

Job Description

WORK TYPE: On Site

LOCATION DETAILS: 950 E Ave K , Grand Prairie Tx

WORK HOURS: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Monday-Friday, OT as needed and during peak operations from July-Dec each year.

How You Will Make An Impact

As a member of the Production team, the Team Lead is a critical role within our operation and is responsible for ensuring quality screens are produced, problem solving issues and supporting our production team.

What You Will Do

• Work with Supervisor on achieving daily goals of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
• Ensure the delivery schedule is being achieved daily, while maintaining the highest quality
• Monitor productivity levels for employees to ensure daily metrics are met
• Support production team by ensuring they have what they need to be productive
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to move insure completion and quality

Education/Experience

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience.
• At least 2-3 years of continued work experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
