Job summary

BSN SPORTS seeks a Production Coordinator (Expeditor) to plan daily operations from production schedules and coordinate material movement to meet KPIs in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity. This on-site 2nd shift position is based at 950 E. Avenue K, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.

You will improve flow, resolve open orders, and work with teams to optimize the daily schedule. HS diploma/ GED and 2–3 years in warehouse/manufacturing are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• HS Diploma or GED; 2–3 years in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift.
• Desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, healthy, and welcoming Lean workplace for all team members.
• Communicate production issues and on-time delivery with the team.
• Champion daily schedule goals by coordinating production flows with pre-production departments.
• Research and resolve open orders daily.
• Suggest process improvements and encourage team input.
• Cross-train teammates to ensure a flexible staffing.
