Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift in Addison, IL. You will guide daily operations, coach a team, ensure safety and drive continuous improvement in quality and delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of improving KPIs, and ability to work with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain teams. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with experience in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, production and continuous improvement principles.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all 2nd shift manufacturing operations and production activities.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with policies.
• Drive production performance, quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including productivity, efficiency, scrap and rework.
• Coach, mentor and develop production employees.
• Conduct training, performance discussions and safety meetings.
• Support staffing, engagement and workforce development initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Maintain accountability for shift performance and facility operations.
• Serve as the primary leadership presence on 2nd shift.
