Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift manufacturing operation in Addison, IL. The role focuses on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and drive KPI performance while collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to build a culture of accountability and engagement.

Production Supervisor - 2nd ShiftLocation: Addison, IL 60101Schedule: 2nd Shift | Approximately 2:45 PM - 12:00 AMReports To: Operations ManagerAbout OpportunityFlowserve is seeking a hands-on, people-focused Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd growing Shift manufacturing operation in.
