Job summary

Coilmaster Corporation, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team on the shop floor in Tennessee. You will own staffing, workflow, problem-solving, and daily communications to ensure on-time, safe, and quality output.

This role involves coaching, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with maintenance and planning. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years of leadership in manufacturing, and familiarity with ERP systems;

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ employees.
• Proficient with ERP systems and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with ADP/Workday is a plus.
• High school diploma required; technical coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign work, set expectations, and adjust staffing to meet schedule demands.
• Monitor production flow, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and labor usage.
• Ensure safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards.
• Lead shift huddles and communicate priorities.
