Aventure Staffing is assisting a client in Estherville, Iowa to hire a Production Lead for the 2nd shift (2:30 p.m.–11 p.m.). This is a direct hire opportunity, with pay of $21.50–$22.50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in production/manufacturing environment.
• Six months in a lead position or role requiring delegation of duties and work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Cable assembly and ensuring orders meet quality standards, specs and due dates.
• Assigning daily work duties to staff and supervising production tasks.
• Update production schedule and communicate changes as required.
• Train new and existing employees on assembly techniques.
• Monitor labor costs by tracking staffing and hours worked.
• Verify orders entered by sales and follow up for corrections.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure safety standards.
• Test cables and coordinate with other departments for process improvements.
