Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking 2nd Shift Assemblers for an electrical supply company in Estherville, IA that has been in business for 50 years. The role pays $20.00 per hour, Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm with occasional Saturday overtime.

You will perform direct labor duties assembling power cables, junction boxes, and components, use automatic equipment and hand tools, and apply proper torque settings under supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to read workshop documents and specifications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and measurement with a ruler.
• Must establish proper torque settings during assembly.
• Must work effectively independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble power cables, junction boxes, and components per specs.
• Operate automatic equipment and hand tools safely.
• Apply correct torque settings using reference guides.
• Meet production and labor requirements.
