Job summary

Custom Building Products is seeking a Production Lead for the Lithia Springs, GA plant to lead the 2nd shift and manage the production area to meet volume, cost and quality targets. This full-time hourly role offers a $1.00/hr shift premium and a schedule Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, under limited supervision.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a lead/supervisory capacity, strong leadership and training skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Experience in training, discipline and performance management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate departmental employees to meet daily quality specifications.
• Oversee work accuracy, quality and department productivity.
• Provide training and evaluate direct reports per company guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental policies and procedures.
