Job summary

Merchology, a leading B2B merch retailer, seeks a Production & Fulfillment Supervisor for the 2nd Shift (3–11 pm) at our Plymouth, MN facility. You will oversee production operations, coach staff, ensure safety, and drive quality while meeting cost and delivery objectives for customized products.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will lead peak-season staffing, manage performance, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes and metrics.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a production environment.
• Ability to stand for 7-9 hours per day.
• Detail oriented, organized, and accurate.
• Positive attitude and team leadership.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to read and understand basic English instruction (colors, left/right).
• Excellent employee relations skills to lead in a team setting.
• Excellent ability to make collaborative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and accountability for safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility.
• Manage individual and team performance through timely feedback and coaching conversations.
• Maintain SME knowledge of machine operations under your purview.
• Conduct interviews, training, and onboarding during peak seasons.
• Identify problems, develop solutions, and suggest changes when necessary.
• Maintain and communicate key area metrics to team and stakeholders.
• Support project improvements across facilities and departments.
• Monitor attendance and maintain records.
