Responsibilities

• Coordinate production scheduling to meet timelines.
• Train and develop team members and supervisors.
• Lead production teams and monitor performance.
• Ensure a safe, healthy workplace and enforce safety policies.
• Manage line equipment, materials, and staffing to hit the schedule.
• Identify issues and drive cross-functional problem solving.
• Supervise staff and conduct regular line tours and standard work.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and report status to management.
• Communicate with managers about employee and production status.
• Lead safety training and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Promote teamwork to drive safety, quality, and productivity.
