Job summary

Merchology seeks a Production & Fulfillment Supervisor for the 2nd Shift (3-11 pm) at our Plymouth, MN facility. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role oversees safety, quality, and performance to meet cost, quality and delivery targets for customized products.

The supervisor will lead interviews, training and onboarding, drive improvements, and ensure accurate documentation while supporting a culture aligned with Merchology's Core Values. Hybrid/onsite options vary by department.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience in a production environment.
• Ability to stand 7–9 hours per day and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Detail oriented, organized and accurate.
• Positive attitude with strong team leadership.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and accountability for safety and quality incidents within your area.
• Manage individual and team performance through feedback and coaching.
• Maintain SME knowledge of machine operations.
• Participate in peak season staffing, including interviews and onboarding.
• Identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes when needed.
• Communicate key area metrics to team and stakeholders.
• Support project improvements across facilities and departments.
• Monitor attendance and maintain records.
