Job summary

BSN SPORTS in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Production Associate to support the Sideline Department material production. You will help with multi-color printing, operate DF machines, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards.

This role requires HS Diploma or GED, 1-2 years in a warehouse/manufacturing setting, and MS Excel proficiency. Overtime may be required during peak season; 40 hours weekly with some Saturdays/Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must follow orders and operate machines accurately.
• Ability to differentiate and coordinate colors.
• Read and understand simple instructions and notes.
• Team-oriented, cooperative in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and prepare area for multi-color printing.
• Load material on press and apply ink to screens.
• Quality check garments per specifications.
• Assist press operator and manage material per paperwork.
• Operate screens-related equipment and move materials with pallet jack.
• Keep area clean and compliant with safety rules.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required.
