ALMAC Group in Durham, NC is seeking a Production Coordinator for the 2nd shift to oversee production personnel and operations in the packaging area, ensuring quality and patient safety.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and one year of experience, with a preference for an additional two-year degree and some pharma packaging exposure. The position offers comprehensive benefits and stability in a leading pharmaceutical services provider.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year working experience.
• Some pharmaceutical packaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept and perform leadership role while in packaging rooms.
• Organize layout of production operations to ensure efficient and secure processing relative to the written requirements.
• Package material as detailed in the batch document while in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs.
• Perform reconciliation of material/labels used during an operation and ensure all material is returned to the warehouse upon job completion.
• Maintain operational efficiency to ensure scheduled customer target dates are met and that batch records are completed properly for dispatch.
• Ensure operators are working efficiently while maintaining quality within the product.
• Undertake additional duties of specific projects designated by supervisory/management staff.

Education
