Job summary

RevSpring Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Coordinator to ensure timely production scheduling and to maximize efficiency. You will oversee quality standards and monitor systems to minimize bottlenecks and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Must have High School Diploma and 2nd shift availability.
  • Associates Degree in Logistics supports planning and scheduling tasks.
  • 5 years experience in manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules all work for the shift to meet SLAs.
  • Develops and controls production schedules per customer requirements.
  • Analyzes daily scheduling reports to determine workflow and production levels.
  • Optimizes changeover, labor and equipment usage.
  • Provides data to assist shift supervisor in resource planning.
  • Notifies supervisor of issues impacting workflow.
  • Reports daily production needs and completions.
  • Interacts with production management to resolve efficiency issues.
  • Monitors work and makes adjustments to maximize efficiency.

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring production is accurately and timely scheduled to maximize production efficiency. Provides oversight of quality, ensuring that high quality standards are applied at all times. Monitors systems to identify bottlenecks and ensure continuous operation.

Essential Functions
  • Schedules all work for the shift, ensuring efficient operations; prioritizes work to meet SLAs
  • Develops and controls production schedules based on customer requirements
  • Analyzes daily scheduling reports to determine specific production work flow and predict daily production levels
  • Schedules work to optimize changeover, labor and production equipment usage
  • Provides data and analysist to assist shift supervisor in resource planning
  • Immediately notifies shift supervisor of issues impacting production workflow
  • Reports daily production needs and completions
  • Participates in providing direction and retraining where needed to insure efficient operations
  • Interacts with production management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies, requests for data/information, and customer issues
  • Monitors work, making changes as needed, in order to maximize machine and employee efficiency

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
