Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a Production Operator- Packing to join the team on the 1st Shift (Tuesday–Friday), working from 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This contingent role involves packing, material movement, inspections, and following detailed work instructions in an automotive manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and ability to understand detailed verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities.
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite.
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed.
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
