System One, Inc. is hiring a Production Associate for the 2nd shift at our Minneapolis area facility. This on-site, contract-to-hire role focuses on setting up and running cereal production trials, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will lift up to 55 lbs, work Monday through Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with potential overtime and weekend notice. The position offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow within the manufacturing environment, collaborating with cross-functional

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of food sanitation experience
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable in processing environments (pilot plant or plant)
• Capable of autonomously operating equipment

Mansioni

• Set up and prepare production equipment for trials and testing, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Operate equipment during trials to test products and processes, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
• Clean and sanitize equipment before and after trials following food safety procedures.
• Support cross-functional teams across manufacturing platforms, coordinating trial activities.
• Lift and manipulate ingredients or equipment up to 55 lbs.
