Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Production Associate for a Lebanon, TN location to operate machinery that manufactures concrete and composite structures. The role involves handling polymer concrete, molds, and reinforcement materials to ensure durable products.

Responsibilities include safe operation of equipment, adherence to procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while meeting quality standards and production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials handling.
• Working knowledge of tools, common production equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required. Ability to lift 50lbs for a continuous shift.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery that casts high quality covers and boxes using a variety of mold platforms.
• Prepare molds of different sizes, mix and pour polymer concrete and reinforce each product with materials like fiberglass or rebar to meet strength and durability standards.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and wear required PPE.
• Produce products that meet customer and company standards.
• Regular standing, bending, lifting, and use of hand tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
