Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of production or operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all shift production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Monitor daily production metrics and correct deviations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies and work instructions.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping on the production floor.
• Lead shift turnovers to ensure continuity of operations.
• Coach and develop direct reports; conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Support staffing plans, scheduling, and labor management.
• Address safety and environmental compliance and take preventive actions.
