Creative Foam Corporation is seeking General Labor workers to support our manufacturing processes in Athens, TN. You will be involved in assembly, packaging, quality inspection, and material handling, with tasks rotating across a variety of production functions.

Responsabilités

• Ensure parts conform to customer quality requirements.
• Process parts to customer quality standards including trimming and assembly as needed.
• Package parts correctly with proper quantities.
• Enter data into the Plex manufacturing system.
• Report quality or equipment issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain clean work area and facility when possible.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Support safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support production goals and 5S in the work area.
• Perform other tasks as required.

MAJOR FUNCTION:

Must be physically able to bend, twist, lift and stand throughout the shift while performing General Labor in a variety of support functions for the manufacturing process.Functions may include but are not limited to: assembly, cleaning, machine loading and unloading, molding, trimming, packaging, quality inspection, sorting and labelling.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. 1.Ensure that parts being produced conform to customer quality requirements.

2. 2.Ensure that parts are trimmed, assembled and otherwise processed to customer quality requirements.

3. 3.Ensure that parts are packaged in the correct method with correct packaging quantities.

4. 4.Ensure that all necessary data is correctly entered into the Plex manufacturing system.

5. 5.Alert appropriate personnel of quality deficiencies in a timely manner

6. 6.Alert appropriate personnel of equipment issues in a timely manner.

7. 7.Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.

8. 8.Maintain a clean work area and assist in maintaining a clean facility whenever possible.

9. 9.Follow Creative Foam policies and procedures.

10. 10.Promote the organization’s safety efforts and maintain a safe working environment.

11. 11.Positively reinforce production goals, standards and work ethic in every area of the facility

12. 12.Maintain 5S systems for their work area.

13. 13.Perform other tasks as required.
