Job summary

Creative Foam Corporation in Dayton, OH is seeking a production-oriented individual for 1st shift. You will prepare and ice blast tools, set up daily production, and keep the workspace clean and safe.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a stable work history, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude with excellent attendance. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong benefits and growth opportunities within a long‑standing manufacturing firm.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma/GED, stable work history, positive attitude, excellent attendance and reliable transportation. A drug screen and criminal background check are also part of the hiring process.

1st Shift Hours are 5:00 am- 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday
