Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and SOPs is a plus.
• Ability to operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lines, ensuring safety, quality and output.
• Troubleshoot and propose improvements to keep processes running smoothly.
• Get training and take ownership to build skills and confidence.
