Job summary

THE CLOSURE SYSTEMS COMPANIES INC is seeking a manufacturing operator to support material processing and line efficiency. The role emphasizes safety, housekeeping, and adherence to work instructions while performing unloading and sorting tasks with related equipment.

You will participate in changeovers, quality problem responses, and shift communications, while helping train new operators and uphold standardized work practices in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have mechanical skills to operate technical processes and troubleshoot.
• Must be self-motivated and lead by example.
• Strong safety awareness and housekeeping discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to transfer knowledge to others and train employees.
• Must pass pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example supporting company values and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and drive good housekeeping practices.
• Consult the Help Chain with quality issues and respond to problems.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties and shift change communications.
• Operate material unloading and sorting machines and related equipment.
• Perform changeovers, clean-outs, and order verifications.
• Provide feedback to supervisors and participate in process audits.
• Train new operators on the job and maintain standardized work practices.
• Support productivity improvements and root-cause problem solving.
