Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintenance knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-related equipment issues.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions to minimize downtime.
• Partner with Process Engineers and Production teams to identify issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support equipment start-ups, installations, commissioning, modifications, and process improvements.
• Analyze recurring equipment failures and perform root cause analysis to eliminate repeat breakdowns.
