Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and expertise working with printers and finishing equipment.
• Knowledge of pre-flight requirements for printing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred in print production.

Responsibilities

• Print Job Management: Oversee processing of forms, pamphlets, posters, and marketing materials with timely routing.
• High-End Equipment Operation: Operate inkjet presses, digital printers, bindery, and related systems.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely, accurate preparation and assembly to meet expectations.
• Deadline Adherence: Maintain steady pace to meet deadlines with high quality output.
• Reporting: Maintain documentation and reporting related to print jobs and equipment.
• Equipment Calibration: Calibrate for color and quality consistency with specifications.
• File Transfer: Transfer files from network to printing equipment with accuracy.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Address hardware/software issues; manage parts inventory.
