Job summary

Engle Printing & Publishing Co., Inc. is seeking a dependable Pressroom Production Associate for the 2nd shift in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on supporting press operations, packing, stacking, and meeting customer specifications while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous production experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review packing and stacking requirements per Job Information Sheets.
• Set up stacking equipment and prepare skids, gaylords, cartons and related materials.
• Assist with press makeready activities and downtime tasks.
• Monitor stacker performance to maintain product quality.
• Stack and prepare printed products per required patterns and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support departmental cost-control efforts and use supplies efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures including machine guarding, lockout/tagout and hearing protection.
• Participate in departmental improvement initiatives and projects.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
