Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing printed materials for production and distribution.
• Review job instructions and production documentation for accuracy.
• Verify publication details, inserts, and related materials before processing.
• Load materials into production equipment as directed.
• Organize, stack, bundle, and prepare printed products per standards.
• Wrap, band, and stage completed products for shipment or further processing.
• Support machine operators and department personnel to maintain flow.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe per PPE guidelines.
• Support quality control and report issues to supervisors.
• Assist with department projects and additional duties as assigned.
